Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness

Eastgate Shopping Centre is located in Inverness in the north of Scotland. The centre has over 60 shops and 1,350 parking spaces. The centre serves as the main shopping destination for the Highlands of Scotland and therefore has one of the largest shopping catchment areas in Europe. Although, given the low population density of the Highlands the number of people in the catchment is relatively low. The shopping centre was built in 1983 and has been extended twice in 1993 and in 2003. The centre is anchored by Marks & Spencer and Debenhams.

Fareham Shopping Centre is the principle shopping location in Fareham. Fareham is a medium sized town in Hampshire with approximately 60,000 people and is located between Southampton and Portsmouth on the M27 motorway. Fareham Shopping Centre contains 74 shops and restaurants including Marks & Spencer and a Bhs department stores.

Silverburn Shopping Centre in Glasgow

Silverburn Shopping Centre is the newest major retail location in Glasgow. Built just off the M77 motorway near Junction 2, the centre is easily accessible and already attracts around 14 million customers per year despite its relatively recent opening. Silverburn is a single-level covered centre with around 100 tenants and 4,500 free parking spaces. The centre is anchored by Debenhams, M&S and Tesco Extra. Silverburn was bought by Hammerson and The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP) in 2009.
