Festival Place was developed by the Grosvenor Estate and O&H Properties, opening in 2002.

Located at the heart of the Hampshire town of Basingstoke, the centre is within easy reach of places such as Farnborough, Farnham and Fleet to the east, Andover to the west and Winchester to the south.

Festival Place is anchored by Bhs, Debenhams, and Marks and Spencer, and also includes 10 screen a Vue Cinema.

By car: Just a few minutes drive from Junction 6 of the M3, Festival Place is located at the heart of Basingstoke in Hampshire.

Nearest train station: Festival Place is located a few minutes walk to the south of Basingstoke rail station.

Parking spaces: 3,000

Parking charge: £1 for 1 hour. £2 for 1 to 2 hours.

There is late night shopping at Festival Place, Basingstoke, on Thursday and Friday night until 8pm.

TIAA-CREF bought Festival Place from the Grosvenor Festival Place Fund for €350m in October 2012.
