About Meadowhall Centre, Sheffield

Opening in 1990, Meadowhall is one of the largest stand alone shopping malls in Europe, with over 280 stores and 12,000 free parking spaces.

Located just off Junction 34 of the M1, between Sheffield and Rotherham, the shopping centre is the premium destination in the South Yorkshire area. Meadowhall is anchored by Debenhams, House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer, BHS and Next.

Travel and parking

By car: If you are travelling along the M1 turn off at Junction 34 and follow the signs for the Meadowhall Centre.

Norge Bank bought a 50% stake in Meadowhall Shopping Centre in October 2012 from London & Stamford, the UK property group, and Green Park Investments. The deal valued Meadowhall at just over £1.5bn.
